The taste of the sea whose essence is savoured using genuine raw materials, started from the meat of selected, fresh fish caught in the bluest of seas. Where your gaze is lost… the same will happen to your palate.


  • Scallops, asparagus and mint cream, crumble with cuttlefish ink and mango
  • Tortelloni pasta stuffed with creamed salt cod, a cream of fresh fava beans, pink grapefruit and peanut butter
  • Fillet of brillfish with lemongrass and a Madagascar vanilla sauce and salad with fava beans, peas and mint
  • Mille-feuille with chantilly mousse, strawberries and almond brittle
