Secretary.it is the digital community that has been supporting and networking more than 8,500 manager assistants coming from all over Italy for over 10 years. Founded with the objective to help the creation of a network among manager assistants and to gain acknowledgment for the secretary role, this web platform has soon reached a huge success. The great involvement of manager assistants has inspired the creators of this community to promote gathering events aimed at better knowing each other and networking.
Secretary.it chose the Winter Garden Hotel acknowledging its capacity to create efficient activities of involvement and group consolidation, as well as to provide appropriate spaces for such kind of meeting. This rewarding collaboration led to the organization of an event focused on the consolidation of relationships among the participants.
During the first part of the day, the participants had the possibility to meet and know each other in an informal way enjoying an activity of social shopping in the boutiques of the center of Bergamo. The hotel building acted as a stage for the second part of the day. A sophisticated aperitif was served in the charming atmosphere of the inner garden, together with live music and several activities that favored interchange, sharing and, as a consequence, the strengthening of personal relationships.
Thanks to the interesting activities and the unique atmosphere of the visited places, the event was defined as an “unforgettable experience” by the same participants.
