THE RULES
FOR WELL-BEING
THE SPA is a place that aims to create well-being where a peaceful and relaxed mood prevails. For this reason, SPA access is limited, guaranteeing total privacy and tranquillity for all its guests. In order to ensure an atmosphere of total relaxation and peace, the use of electronic devices and bringing books, magazines, food or drinks into our facilities is not allowed.

We suggest you arrive 10 minutes in advance of the appointment you have reserved for your treatments, so that you have enough time to get used to the setting and discover our facilities.
Cancellations
For cancellations, please inform THE SPA at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise you will be charged 100% of the amount for the reserved massage or treatment.
Dress Code
The use of a swimsuit is obligatory inside the SPA. Undergarments are not suitable for entering the SPA. To avoid burns, we recommend that you remove jewelry and watches and that you enter the SPA with no make-up, in order to facilitate the purification of the epidermis.
Welcome kit
Towel, slippers and body wash are offered for guests to use with the possibility of renting a bathrobe at € 5. There are two changing rooms inside the SPA – men’s and women’s – outfitted with lockers with numbered keys, showers and hairdryer.

Sunday, from 02:00 pm to 08:00 pm
Fitness hours
From Monday to Sunday, from 07:00 am to 10:00 am
From 03:00 pm to 07:00 pm
Wellness path 90 minutes
Entrance by reservation only and forbidden to minors with less than 16 years of age
