For The Spa, the wellness heart of our Hotel, we are seeking a qualified Aesthetician and Massage Therapist to join our dedicated team.
Working closely with the Spa Manager, you will primarily focus on cabin treatments while actively contributing to the development and maintenance of our technical standards. The selected candidate will leverage their professional expertise to help create treatment protocols and assist in training fellow therapists.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform face and body treatments and massages according to “The Spa” protocols.
• Welcome and guide guests through their wellness journey.
• Recommend treatments and products to enhance the guest experience.
• Contribute to the development of technical treatment protocols.
• Support the technical training of the Spa staff.
• Collaborate with the Spa Manager to uphold high quality standards.

Requirements

• Beauty Therapist Qualification with Technical Director certification (mandatory).
• Proven experience in a cabin setting as a Spa Therapist or Massage Therapist.
• Excellent knowledge of facial and body treatments and various massage techniques.
• Proficiency in English (B1-B2 level mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural flair for hospitality and service.
• Precision and high attention to quality standards.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

For our restaurant L’Officina, a well-established establishment renowned for its high-quality gastronomic offerings, we are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our structured kitchen brigade. The successful candidate will play a central role in managing their section, actively contributing to service excellence and the operational organization of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Full, autonomous management of the Secondi (Meat & Fish) station.
• Operating across both set menus and à la carte service.
• Providing support during events and special services.
• Preparing and plating dishes in accordance with high-quality standards.
• Coordinating with the brigade to ensure a fluid and consistent service.
• Overseeing the processing and preparation of meat and fish.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to manage the station independently.
• In-depth knowledge of meat and fish preparation techniques.
• Strong attention to service quality and detail.
• A team-oriented mindset.
• Local residency in the area (preferred).
